Be advised that the Green Point School District has provisionally appointed Nicholas Hinz at 180 Valkensar Lane, Blue Lake, CA on November 03, 2022 to a vacant position on the Green Point School District governing board.
Unless a petition calling for a special election, signed by one and one-half percent of the registered voters of Green Point School District or 25 registered voters, whichever is greater, is filed in the Office of Superintendent of Schools, (901 Myrtle Ave., Eureka, CA) within 30 days of the appointment, it shall become an effective appointment until the next regularly scheduled election for school district governing board members.
